Company Introduction
Mosaic Wellness builds and scales consumer brands — Man Matters, Be Bodywise, and Little Joys — sold direct-to-consumer across every metro and tier-2/3 market in India. Logistics is the most visible touchpoint in that journey: every delayed delivery, failed attempt, and return is a direct hit to how a consumer experiences the brand. The team owns that engine end to end —from warehouse dispatch to the consumer's doorstep — ensuring every shipment reaches a clean, closed state.

Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Logistics owns the daily, ground-level execution of Mosaic Wellness and  logistics operations —configuration, finance/RTO processes, metrics tracking, and customer-experience-linked actions — that keep every shipment moving to a clean, closed state. This role executes what is overseen above it: nothing here waits for a weekly review to get resolved, it gets resolved the day it comes up.

Core Ownership (Direct Responsibility)

(Hands-on execution + outcome accountability)
1. Logistics Configuration and ; Ops
 Own daily pickup cadence adherence — track, chase, and close gaps with warehouse and LSPs same-day
 Own COD remittance tracking — reconcile against LSP statements, chase delays
 Process invoice payments for logistics partners on schedule
 Own weight and; rate disputes and credit note closure — raise, follow up, and close with LSPs

2. Finance and RTO Ops
 Own RTO disputes with LSPs end to end — raise, track, resolve
 Run quarterly ledger reconciliation with LSPs
 Complete quarterly NDCs (No Dues Certificates) with LSPs
 Drive RTO closure with warehouse teams — no returned shipment left unclosed beyond SLA

3. Metrics Management
 Own end-to-end tracking of the full logistics metrics set — FM Pickup Adherence, CPD/EDD Breach, NDR, RAD Adherence, RTO, CX Escalations, and every other metric on the daily tracker
 Update the daily metrics tracker without fail — this AM is the sole owner of keeping it current; no metric is ever left blank because it wasnt their job  to fill it in
 Attach a clear reason against every breach — carrier, cause, and orders impacted — not just the number
 Flag emerging trends before they become a multi-day breach

4. Customer Experience Ops
 Track Delivery NPS inputs at the ground level and flag emerging patterns
 Execute preventive actions with LSPs and internal teams on flagged issues
 Escalate systemic delivery or CX issues upward the same day they are identified, not at the next review cycle

Automation Scope
Metrics tracking, reporting, and routine dispute follow-ups in this role are expected to become increasingly AI-assisted over time. The incumbent is expected to actively use AI and automation tools to reduce manual, repetitive effort — auto-drafting the metrics tracker, templated dispute follow-ups, AI-assisted reconciliation checks — rather than defaulting to fully manual execution.

Key Stakeholder Management
Internal: Warehouse Ops, Finance, CX, Distribution
External: Last Mile Partners (LSPs)

Success Metrics
 Daily metrics tracker updated on time, every working day
 Daily pickup cadence adherence percentage
 COD remittance TAT
 RTO dispute closure TAT
 Weight/rate dispute closure rate
 Ledger reconciliation accuracy (quarterly)
 First-response time on flagged CX/delivery escalations

Ideal Candidate Profile
 2 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / E-commerce Ops, preferably in D2C
 Comfortable with high-volume, high-frequency daily operational execution — not a strategy-first role
 Working knowledge of logistics tech platforms (Uniware, ClickPost, or equivalent)
 Must be able to use AI tools to automate repetitive daily work — e.g. auto-drafting the metrics tracker, templated dispute follow-ups, AI-assisted reconciliation checks — and bring the intent to reduce manual, repetitive effort over time, not just execute it by hand
 Process-disciplined and detail-oriented — comfortable with reconciliation, disputes, and structured follow-through
 Prior experience at a high-growth Indian D2C consumer brand strongly preferred — e.g. Mamaearth/Honasa, Sugar Cosmetics, boAt, WOW Skin Science, mCaffeine, The Man Company, Bombay Shaving Company, Plum, Minimalist, Licious, or Purplle
