Qualification & Experience Must require
Masters of Technology M.Tech or M Pharmacy or MSc in Cosmetic or Pharmacy or Organic Chemistry stream fresher OR B.Tech OR PG Diploma with at least 1 to 2 months relevant internship experience or freshers is also accepted.
Time period of internship: 6 months with industry project with allotment of thesis or dissertation criteria
Office timings: 9 to 6 PM Monday to Friday only office based role and remote work is not allowed
Stipend band: As per Industry standard.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent in computer handling specially MS-Office basic
- Candidate have ownership driven working style to lead the quality control and quality assurance related R&D work and excellent understanding of basics NPD QC of FMCG or Personal care or Cosmetic QC parameters
Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Candidates strictly and must come from a Personal Care or Cosmetic or Pharmacy background only by education and experience.
- Assist in formulation development of new and existing cosmetic and personal care products Skin Care, Hair Care, Baby Care, etc.
- Support lab-scale trial batching, ingredient weighing, and Assist in testing like conducting stability studies, accelerated aging trials, and pH/viscosity monitoring.
- Participate in sensorial evaluation, claim support testing, and comparative benchmarking.
- Aid in the documentation of formulation records, batch sheets, and technical data.
- Support in raw material screening, solubility studies, compatibility testing and other QC checks.
- Help collect and compile technical documents (COA, MSDS,TDS, Literature) for regulatory and market submissions (India and International).
- Contribute to troubleshooting formulation/process challenges and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, Procurement, and Manufacturing) regarding product testing and relevant information.
- Coordinate with external vendors or third-party labs for sample dispatch, testing, and material sourcing.
