Responsibilities
-Reviewing, drafting and redlining commercial contracts and NDAs
-Supporting regulatory and compliance research
-Assisting with vendor and partner agreements
-Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS
-Ad hoc legal research and noting
Requirements
-Enrolled in or recently completed the LLB program
-Strong drafting and communication skills
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Interest in corporate/commercial law
