This is a high ownership, high velocity role where you’ll help scale our Amazon and amp; Noon
business in the EMEA regions. If you move fast, think deeply, and care about outcomes —
this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
End to end P and amp;L for designated ecommerce marketplaces
Daily tracking of revenue, margins, ad spends, and key business metrics
Driving sales and profitability, not just vanity metrics
Identifying opportunities and executing quickly like pricing, ads, listings, promotions
Working with creative teams to improve conversion like images, videos, content
Managing marketplace fundamentals: catalogue management, pricing, inventory,
availability
Monitoring competitors and continuously improving our position
Creating value by identifying new opportunities and presenting the same

Fundamental understanding of ecommerce marketplaces
Familiarity with key metrics: ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, margins
Basic understanding of how creatives are developed and their impact on
performance
Strong comfort with numbers (Excel / Google Sheets)
Good communication and ability to work across teams
